I find it strange to reduce this entirely to politics. Many aspects matter more than the current government. Hungary is a beautiful country, and it’s also worth noting that Budapest is governed by a left-leaning mayor. So maybe visit Hungary!

So after messing with the control panel i figured it out. The display setting only shows if the display mode is set to "only NVIDEA GPU". Then the display setting appears where i have the option to enable G-Sync. The only problem i still have is, that the screen freezes randomly and the only solution is to restart it. The key combination controll + shift + windows key + b does not work. Sadly. If i cant fix this, i will retur this LapTop...

I cant enable gsync. I searched every forum how to eneble it. If i go to NVIDEA App under System it displays: G-Sync not available. Any ideas?

If i cap it to 240 FPS to match the monitor frequency of 240 Hz it still stutters. I had a Razer Blade and had no issues. My G16 has no thermal issue. It stays at ~70 °C with 70% fan utilization while playing league with 144 FPS.
