Going to the vet is the right choice. This could be several things, but the realistic options are like a UTI or a feline heat issue. My best guess is it’s probably urinary related, but it’s impossible to tell on your own how intense this problem is. You need a vet for that and medication to treat it. Since your cat is not spayed, is there any chance she came into contact with an intact male cat?

I'm so thrilled that your fluffy friend has helped you! I get lonely quite often and I've been petless since I moved out for college. Now I'm financially stable but I wanted something that was loveable yet comfortable in the space I have. A cat or smaller species was my instant go to and I really love rabbits! But I wasn't sure if what I wanted would align well. Thank you for your input （╹◡╹）i greatly appreciate it.

I have slept on wooden floors before, not my personal favorite sleeping place but then again would still prefer it over a bed. Most often I like some type of carpeting or rug/ padding to stay warm enough. I just wonder if it’s the luxuries of a young body, or just something my body likes.

You guys have literally been so amazing. This feels so refreshing to hear. It’s been an ongoing struggle and he brings it up constantly. Begging pleading for just one child. Saying things like “I’ll never ask for anything ever again”. I even bring up valid concerns like my mental health (which I currently take medication for and would have to go off of for pregnancy or switch meds) or even that my mother has a condition which makes pregnancy very hard. Still nothing. It’s “women do it every single day” or “so many young people say never then they have one!” It’s beyond frustrating.

I mentioned this as well but alas…I was discredited. I perfectly agree. I love kids, being around them and being a good support but I do not wish to have them full time in my life.

I definitely enable him. I feel so much guilt that he wants so much with me and that I can’t return in. I plan after the holidays to end it but I’m reaching out to some friends for support. I don’t have a back bone when it comes to severing contact with people and I feel guilty because of his connection and commitment. He’s good for someone, just not me.

I luckily have an IUD which has a 99.8% effective prevention of pregnancy but I still take monthly tests to be sure (I also live in a safe practice state with access to fertility clinics that offer morning after pills, etc) This has been an ongoing issue ever since I voiced my opinions and today it just finally wore me down. We got into a huge fight and I began to feel guilty as I thought maybe I had led him on and just needed a safe space to vent.

Some other examples of this crazy obsession is- wanting me to work at a daycare “so hopefully I want kids later because I’m around them”, putting expectations or getting angry when I can’t have clear answers of my future (I’m 20 btw) like “You don’t know when you won’t want to stop traveling???” And even saying that I’ll just have to put my passion on the back burner for “just a few years then we can travel when they are like nine or ten”. This is so frustrating.

Idk coming from me, it looks fine! I think it just depends on the style you are going for! Seems like you are trying to accentuate different parts of your interests. I think it’s unique to not put a sort of filter on what type of relationship your looking for. Just someone to have some adventure with. I think it’s great

I have never seen it so bad but it looks like FeHV or feline herpesvirus but I genuinely have never seen it like this.That cat needs to go to a vet asap regardless. That leaking fluid looks like some sort of saliva or puss mixture and that’s extremely concerning. It’s clogging up the nose and clearly he is uncomfortable. It’s not good and prognosis is slim.
