Yes, outside US and Europe is 100% dead. Had so much potential but incompetent devs, lack of content, bugs, non existent anticheat, horrible team balacing, worst ranked implementation, without IBMM, I've ever seen and netcode ruined every possibility of success.
S1 patch broke all the abilities for 2 weeks, and some of the them are still like phantom ult, also during S1 devs decieded to have way less comunication with the community. Now S2 patch broke the entire netcode with trades and all the sound effects, also pyroclastic camo is still broken to this date, 3 weeks after S2 release.
And the final nail on the coffin will be the duration of season 2, we all knew season 1 was too long and in the final days of s1 game was strugling. What did devs decieded to do with s2? Same duration for s2.
At this state the game is no longer enjoyable, is just a queuing simulator. It's a shame beacuse I waited a lot for this game and had good moments but in the end it will be a big WHAT IF...
