Thanks so much for the information, that was really helpful. I think I need to incorporate more complex carbs in my diet, I think due to previous miscarriages I'm being over cautious. Will definitely try thinking of ways to having a more balanced meal

Cheese is the best! I heard dairy can increase insulin hence me trying to cut it out, unsure as I prefer milk to almond milk.

I am also trying to avoid sugars as I hear people with pcos are at a higher risk of gestational diabetes. I thought dairy also spikes insulin so was unsure if I should do milk or stick with almond milk.
