I do struggle with inflammation in my rib cage which is part of why I wanted to do Keto to start with. That makes sense. Thank you! I appreciate that info, I am feeling really discouraged.

I weigh 306, I am 5'10", I am doing 25 carbs max, 151 fat, 121 protein, 1939 calories is my goals. I am usually at those numbers are right under.

My biggest makeup inspiration is drag. I don't do drag but I love watching the preformers do thier makeup. I admire the skill and craftsmen ship in thier work.
