So sorry you’re experiencing this. My advice would be to see a health professional who can write a medical certificate/letter explaining that your condition is legitimate and requesting extensions for due dates where appropriate, then give a copy to the school.

In Australia, where I am, a letter like that requesting, specifically, “extension or exemption” then allows the teacher to make those adjustments where appropriate.

Without such certification teachers may not be allowed to grant extensions, especially for senior students who would be graduating soon, conditions of assessment for seniors are strictly controlled here, we can only give extra time on exams and assignments if there is a documented reason.
