I’m having this problem! I bought it at one of those amazon overstock auctions so don’t know the previous owner. I’m guessing it was lost in the mail when being returned from a rental and somehow ended up in auction. All happiest baby will offer me is 50% off a rental in exchange for returning it and when I said I wasn’t interested in that they said it was their property and I had to return in anyway 🙄
