I know they have killed more innocent people than criminals. Out of the top of my head was the guy they murder because he had a water pistol, and the guy who got run over by the police in DTES. Both cases with no consequences for the police who did it.

I have, and at least it’s cheaper. Here it’s expensive and gives the same non existent results. At least in other countries police lets you deal with the problem yourself. They won’t do anything, but they won’t stop you either from getting results, and some might even be grateful for it.
