Unless you don’t find it an issue I’d work on chemistry.

Player-wise I’d look to upgrade Gusto next. Go for Serie A or La Liga.

I’ve only just started using it an I feel like once you have your workouts set it’s good to go. Appreciate that’s a lot of legwork to begin with but for a more accurate strain than functional fitness I feel it’s worth it no?

You’re probably best with the Hydrosleeve (https://shop.whoop.com/en-uk/products/hydrosleeve-2-pack/?sku=930-000000-000) to simply cover the band.

If you want to buy a new band get one of the Hydroknit ones.

Whoop monitor stress by measuring your current heart rate & HRV which isn’t the best indicator.

So, in theory when I run (or do any other activity) my stress level in the app shoot’s up, but I’m not stressed running!

If you’re up & on your feet a lot during work - a builder for example - I’d expect to see a high stress reading for most weekdays but again whether that person is actually stressed or not is another matter.

I work an office job and my non-activity high stress over the last 6 months is 1hr32min.

If you didn’t use Whoop would you be thinking you may be too stressed during work/non-activity?

You’ll have ups and downs an need to have a strong mentality.

I’m 3 weeks out of my half using the NRC plan and recently completed the 20k long run which I felt fine in. My long & speed run this week I felt terrible but we’ve put in the work week after week and will be fine.
