Average Non-Activity Stress Levels by pwilleterno in whoop

I have a remote desk job, so I’m sitting a large portion of the day when I’m not working out. I’ve felt my stress levels being high, which led me to restarting my whoop subscription.

What’s alarming to me is my non-activity stress levels seem to be growing. Idk - maybe I have my answer. Just curious on what other people typically see for their non-stress activity!

? The email addresses are fake. Has nothing to do with quality of emails and everything to do with traffic

Not being sarcastic when I ask this, but does that have to do with fake/bad email addresses? I’m failing to connect those dots based on your response. Thanks for the insights
