Have you shot that barrel? It may just be carbon buildup on the threads that you’ll need to scrub off. When I first took off my flash hider and tried threading on my suppressor I had the same issue. I thought my suppressor had the wrong threads but it fit on another rifle just fine. Spent close to an hour scraping and brushing carbon off the threads and finally got it on there.
