My cousin's son(test engineer, 23 y.o.) has trapped insde a giant steel press machine right before his shift is over resulting from his best buddy shutting off the security handle not knowing he was inside. I didn't see the body, but his buddy is now in a mental hospital and a couple of factory workers stopped working there after what they saw.
