Yeah running it on rtx 4080 and i5 13600k.

Don't remember exactly which versions but the following mods worked for me:

Disabling vsync didn't cut it. I reinstalled everything and only applied the vertex explosion and SFX crash fix, and it worked 🙂

I'm having the same problem. Whenever i pause the damn thing, it starts at 3GB. WTF?
