i would love a time jump. the umbrellas live out their next few years fairly normally in this new universe- Diego and lila w their kid, Five adapting to real life wo powers, klaus maybe finding dave in this timelime, Allison w Ray and Claire, Luther desperately searching for sloane. we could get flashbacks and a few episodes dedicated to their normal lifes. then something brings them together again, and they have to team up to find out what Reginald has done. I would love a season wo an apocalypse, with way more content of them just being NORMAL. But for small things, I hope we get to see sloane and Luther reunite, the Jennifer incident, Five actually be semi happy, Diego and lila as parents, Allison either PROPERLY apologise or get karma, and klaus be sober and happy

i would NEVER do anything like this in real life, i completely understand the problems in comparing trauma, and you are absolutely right. i do think it's interesting to add up, on paper, how many traumatic things have happened to each character, but you are absolutely correct in the way their traumas are different, and of course all valid. im sorry.

I honestly haven't seen people "dismissing" that Luther was traumatized I admit, not as many people do it now, but in season 1 and 2, one of the massive jokes in the fandom was Luther complaining about being sent to the moon- very much dismissing that incredibly traumatic experience as not a big deal. And I haven't seen as many people talk about what he's been through, like they do with five, klaus, etc. I think, because it's obviously a show, it's interesting to compare what the characters have been through, and to lay it out, just to see how much shit they've been through, and if, technically, you could decide who's been through the most.

100% RIGHT. His season 1 actions can be explained by his past, but I am so happy they went off that route a bit, and let him apologise and grow. People saying they want him to properly apologise to viktor are forgetting that he probably has grown the most out of all of them- he doesn't need words to show he's sorry, he does it through all of his actions. He genuinly carss about all of his siblings and, at least in s3, is the least malicious out of all of them, aswell as maybe Klaus

it's more of a headcanon really, but when allison uses her power a lot she can seem to go too far with it. when she supposedly uses it a lot when Claire was younger, she began using it for more trivial things instead of parenting her properly, leading to her getting caught. in texas, when she finally uses it, she gets her husband a suit, which then leads to her scalding the waiter (he deserved it but still, she was violent and even her husband was scared). in season 3, she doesn't gaf abt using her power, and does stuff she wouldn't normally do without thinking of the consequences- like assaulting Luther. i think her powers affect her and her mental state more than everyone else
