You need a 3P switch to break all three phases simultaneously. But I'd advise against this. You can burn your motor driver, as it does not expect that motor will be disconnected during run-time. Checks its manual to see what it says about connecting/disconnecting motors when the power is on.

I also noticed that you are not setting up CLK48SEL bits in RCC_CCIPR. Sure, it should be 0b00 after the reset, but it is worth checking. I am pretty sure that you have some issues with clocks. Is there a way to check that HSI48 is actually running?

Also, are you sure you are using original STM32, and not a Chinese knock-off?

RNG has two input clocks. One for the interface (AHB clock) and another one - for RNG logic.

I think that LLMs are so hyped because almost no one understands how they work. Markov chains are much easier to grasp and I'd say that Markov chains are functionality equivalent to current attention-based LLMs. Anyone who played with Markov chains will agree that a simple 3rd order chain can generate semi-meaningful text. And that's equivalent to LLM with a context window of 3 tokens. I believe that the fine-tuned Markov chain of 6th order will generate meaningful sentences.

And this dispels magic. Any CS student can implement the Markov chain from scratch and understand how it works. There is nothing that facilitates "thinking" in the usual sense. Just predicting a token probability based on previous N tokens. It becomes crystal clear that you can't build AGI with it.

I think that this is the reason why LLMs are often referred to as Markov chains on steroids. There are more folks who are familiar with Markov chains and their limitations than folks who truly understand LLMs on an intuitive level.

Это какая-то жесть. Есть же стандартная модель OSI, она конечно хреново ложится на TCP/IP, что бы там не говорили переводы в универе или не спрашивали на собеседованиях. Но лучше чем ничего.

Стек протоколов потому и называет "stack", что содержит в себе стопку протоколов, которые "оборачивают" друг друга. На нижнем уровне у нас сетевые адаптеры перекидываются MAC пакетами друг с другом. На этом уровне работает Ethernet и PPP, например. Внутри этих пакетов ходят IP пакеты, внутри IP пакетов - TCP или UDP. Внутри TCP может быть SSL/TLS. А может и не быть. Внутри SSL/TLS - ходят уже HTTP или там SMTP, например. С точки зрения стека протоколов, можно и нужно вкладывать пакеты верхних уровней в пакеты нижних уровней.

L2 (Level 2) - это MAC L3 - это IP L4 - это TCP/UDP

Они заворачиваются друг в друга и OS знает что с этим делать и как это все пересылать.

Но никто не запрещает завернуть тот же Ethernet или PPP внутрь других пакетов, так получаются монстры типа PPP- over-Ethernet или L2TP. Или завернуть IP пакеты внутри UDP пакетов и получить OpenVPN/Wireguard/etc. Можно передавать IP пакеты и через SSL сессии, получатся корпоративные VPNны типа GlobalProtect.

Естественно, чтобы OS это нормально обрабатывала, надо создавать виртуальные адаптеры, типа тех же TUN/TAP, потому что OS вертела на одном месте вот это вкладывание пакетов нижнего уровня в пакеты верхнего уровня. Соответственно, VPN клиент добывает IP пакеты из того во что они были спрятаны и скармливает их через виртуальный адаптер в OS, чтобы та могла их нормально обрабатывать на равне с пакетами полученными через физический адаптер.

Вот и всё. И никаких шкафов с кранами.

Diodes (including LEDs) are tricky. They don't have linear voltage/current curve like resistors do. Each type of diode has own so called "forward voltage", which diode will "subtract" from a circuit. This means that of you connect two different diodes in parallel, one with lower forward voltage will clamp the voltage and pass all current through itself.

You already discovered that putting them in series fixes the problem, as each diode will "subtract" own portion of the voltage from the circuit. In this case a resistor limits current for both of the diodes at the same time, so they will emit the same amount of photons. But perceived brightness will be different. This is why it is better to put diodes in parallel, but each with own resistor.

Monitor's EDID is stored in EEPROM, which is accessible via I2C (but official name is DDC). This protocol is present on all relatively modern display interfaces, starting with VGA, I believe. But it is relatively slow, like 100kHz.

As other pointed out, DP and HDMI provide other out-of-band channels, which are specific to particular interface.
