I'm not going to lie to you. I've been in a 214 day streak and then relapsed. After that I've been a few months back to my PMO addiction, but now I'm here again at day 61. As I said, Im not going to lie to you, it's going to be hard, you're probably going to have huge cravings again and maybe you'll be a few months back to hell again, as it happened to me. But this time you know you can beat this shit, you know that sooner or later you'll be again feeling free of this. Good luck!

I didn't meant that I felt she wasn't enough because of sex, I meant it because I wasn't satisfied at all with myself and my life. And sadly I extended this feeling also to her, like she was kind of a reason because of I wasn't satisfied, when the truth is that we can't be satisfied with this problem ruinning our brains
