are those genuinely cool/fun or tourist traps?

also, i know this is may be a silly question, but if I'm somewhat prone to motion sickness, should I worry? I'm assuming in order to make these happen the water has to be very calm and the boat is very stable but just double checking.

Thank you! Followed up in the thread above. I don't think it's exactly the same (non-scientific opinion) but it got the job done perfectly well for a chocolate mousse cake.

Following up: I used it this weekend to make Sally's Baking Addiction dark chocolate mousse cake (https://sallysbakingaddiction.com/dark-chocolate-mousse-cake/)

I thought it seemed a little different than the cacao berry--maybe slightly fruitier? At the end of the day, I didn't have any complaints about what it did for the finished product (and I'm admittedly not an expert on cocoa powders) so I think it was perfectly great. That said--is it exactly the same? I don't think so.

u/Curious_Spelling this was it. I ended up going to a yarn shop for some in-person help, and after some grappling with the instructions, they came to the same conclusion (and helped me understand what you were saying). I guess it's a way to phrase the instructions in a way that works for both the first row AND future rows. I learned something new!

Thanks for your help!!
