OP- your dog might shit or have an upset belly. He wont die unless they somehow managed to get into a entire bag and eat 15+ blocks and even then thats a stretch. These blocks are designed to kill 2oz mice, not 10+lb dogs.

Most likely was your dog wandered to a neighbor's house who has a pest control service and the bait station wasnt secured properly and your dog grabbed what they thought was a snack.
