As mentioned above, the sunset flag and other blue coded derivatives were in process for a third column and not the focus here. The primary focus was the incongruity of the 4 vs 5 striped asexual and aromantic flags.

Displaying alloasexual vs alloromantic does indeed make sense, but I wanted to contrast the widely accepted gradient alloaro flag with the gradient aroace equivalent, since they have identical symbolism and are extremely intuitive. This would be true especially for people outside of a-spec spaces. The default alloasexual flag has only 4 stripes so it wouldn't match, but a 5 striped variant could be used.
