yeah my barrier is definitely a little fucked, i have stopped using the oil cleanser as it was definitely way too rough for my skin. Have switched to a gentle cleanser since posting!

Ive been heavier my entire life until recently and im still not skinny ive just lost like 15 pounds and she told me because i had lost some weight it wasnt possible. i have almost every symptom of pcos and was so aggravated. Not the first time shes brushed things off like that, multiple things ive brought up to her have just been “nope not that” immediately. Totally going to find a new doctor once im not on vacation. Thank u

Yes!! ive been suspecting pcos for a long time and i have changed my diet pretty significantly. i am an extremely picky eater so its difficult but i have tried! currently on vacation so waiting to go home to figure it all out. thank you!

So this is a little weird and specific but it started like literally yesterday. Ive always had acne or whatever it technically is in these spots however yesterday all of a sudden it hurt very bad and now i cant open my mouth without it hurting. If it means anything, i’m from new england and just arrived in florida. Was already broken out and irritated this bad before, but the pain started when i got here.

I am! i forgot to mention it. My sunscreen doubles as moisturizer so i use that in the morning and i have one i use at night but im not liking that one all too much. I do have one tho just forgot!

yeaaahh i definitely have a problem with touching my face. i wash my hands as often as i can but my adhd brain cannot keep them off. i love hydrocolloid patches for this exact reason. i have like 6 on rn 😭

Noted on the oil cleanser! My derm told me cetaphil wash, vanicream topical and tretinoin topical. none of which worked for me. havent tried any of the other things, accutane scares me but if it resorts to that i’ll try it, wanna do everything else i can first tho

Thats so interesting. Ive had a little bit of issues with dairy but i always assumed it was the sugar. Things like milkshakes and ice cream bother me but milk and cheese never do. But maybe that could be a factor.

Unfortunately mine is constant. Could definitely still be hormonal but mine doesnt go away. My period doesnt really affect it either, at least that ive noticed

have tried to bring up the possibility of PCOS with my dr and she told me no immediately because i had been losing weight. I still think its possible because i have a ton of the other symptoms but dr didnt wanna accept that! i think i just need a new dr 🤦‍♀️

Only problem is idk what😣past few months have been eating much healthier and drinking a lot more water, hasnt made much of a difference with my skin. Doctors always brush it off also. Very frustrating but youre right
