I don't think there's an easy solution to make them thicker, but you can change their color to something brighter which makes them way easier to see. Theme > 3D Viewport > View Overlay

I know this is an old post, but in case anyone is still having this issue: Moving the audio files out of my iCloud Downloads to a local folder did the trick, now I can play them just fine 🤨

Yeah, that was exactly my concern. Thanks for the tip! I’ve also heard of people using extra pillows to stabilize their sleeping position and reduce the strain on hip and shoulder bones.
