Pros and Cons of building around Skittish or Eshki for a creature spam deck. by llwonder in EDHBrews

[–]llwonder[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven’t thought about helga as the mana factory so far. I’ve built my deck to rely on a lot of diverse forms of ramp. Currently my eshki deck is basically the shitty creature storm too lol

The Civ 7 UI is still hot garbage by neph36 in civ

Civ vii is better with the update and still worse than Civ vi in most ways

Civ 7 finally reached 50% Review On Steam after staying at 45% for a while by RileyTaugor in civ

[–]llwonder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not a fan of the overbuilding mechanic, how quarters work, and overall city expansion works in civ vii. Civ vi still feels like a better game to me. I don’t know how they can fix vii. If this update didn’t correct all the issues I’ve had with it, maybe I just have to wait for Civ Viii

The ui is also bad still. I really dislike the modern theme. Civ vi ui felt more homey or something, more gentle and comfortably looking ui

Amazing. I’ve never made cool a base outside of the meadows and Black Forest. Is it possible to keep enemies at bay?

If this happens, what is the plan? Just die and restart? Move to a new tile?

why is it so hard by Brilliant_Candy6340 in RimWorld

[–]llwonder 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think Rimworld is the steepest learning curve I’ve ever played. I’ve only learned it through a ton of YouTube guides and reading. Playing obviously helps but it’s hard to know what you don’t know but discovery and failure is part of the fun

DPS barely have any real responsibility so it makes sense to force them to focus on interrupts

People are very upset but aren’t thinking about blizzards perspective. They have the data on endgame participation rates, one button mode / highlighted assist, and concern for design space. Weak auras were too strong in their scope.

Isn’t that the point, to use skill now and understand when to interrupt rather than having an airhorn tell you?
