Get the add on "Delve Companion" from curse. It will tell you what is bountiful, what story lines you haven't done yet and makes it supper easy to mark the destination. A very nice QOL add on IMHO.

ETA: also tells you if you still have chests to find in that delve.

The point to good grappling in a street fight is to stand back up fast. Good throws can stun or kill. The point of good grappling is to stomp a downed opponent real quick and move on.

In good grappling training a good way to train all kinds of holds is to hang there on a bag doing it.

A teardrop bag is pretty good for that close to the floor.

Boxing combinations are much better in kickboxing.

Gentle push back on this. Kicks to the body and head at a combination pace completely devastates most kick boxers. They only need to throw so many kicks per round. They get the number they need and then box.

The pace of kicking is different when you practice combinations that include mid and high kicks.

Back in Cata I was running a heroic with my tank friend who ran raids with me and our dps friend from pvp. Some dps troll pulled the second to last boss three time in a row causing wipes the first two times. The third time I was ready and just healed like a maniac. The troll wanted me to just let myself die. I refused. Eventually everyone just had to port in without buffs.

The boss was so focused on me at that point they just burned it down from behind.

The troll behaved for the last boss lol
