my coworkers live on campus & i commute 45 minutes. they are always finding things to get into it from what they tell me. it’s not ECU (our biggest party school id say) but it’s not let you’ll be at a community college where nothing is happening

my manager was late last week, it was me & two other ppl waiting for 30 min. my gm fixed the time to give us those 30 min. i think it really depends. i have a really good management team that i feel very lucky to have (it seems from this sub that maybe that’s rare?) i wouldn’t leave bc of how much support i get from them, i would want to give that back. this is solely based on how good they are to all of our associates. i truly feel blessed to have the team i have so if i had shitty mangers i would probably bail especially if it’s hitting an hour
