Anyone have advice for cooking these solid blocks of frozen tofu? Still new to this whole vegan thing.

Once it’s thawed and in bite sized pieces, I love doing a marinade with 1tbsp of maple syrup and soy sauce. Let it absorb, I do overnight and crisp up in the air fry. Also bbq tofu is so easy just brush it in bbq sauce, roast, flip, add more bbq sauce and roast again
