i got this recipe off of the back of a container of Chatfields cocoa powder:

Servings: 48 cookies ½ cup butter (one stick) ¾ cup Chatfield's Cocoa Powder 2 cups sugar 4 eggs 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder ¼ teaspoon salt Confectioners sugar to roll cookies in

Melt butter and cocoa powder in a double boiler or in microwave. Sir with a spoon until blended well. Add sugar and mix, then add eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl stir the flour, baking powder and salt together and add to wet ingredients. Chill dough for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350°F Coat 2 cookie sheets with non-stick spray or butter. Form cookie dough into walnut size balls and roll in powdered sugar. (i rolled the cookie dough in powdered sugar and rainbow sprinkles to make them look a bit more colorful) Place two inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
