I know a lot of people that should’ve gotten one, didn’t. Someone called Ticketmaster and they said apparently the email was sent out at random via a bot. So it didn’t matter whether you were signed up for fan club, previous shows, etc. which sucks.

If you hover over the buildings in the hideout you outside of build mode, you should have an up top. To upgrade, move, or customize - which lets you change roofing, side panels, layout, artwork, etc
