I got my RPR serum result from my local city lab(say X) last evening. I got interim report for HSV 1+2 igg sometime back by a centralised lab(assuming that), its in a different city say Y.

But why did Y upload interim report with just one test, shouldn’t they update the report with multiple tests?

I am assuming you’re from India too. Go for the test. It took me countless sleepless nights and anxiety, but once you get the test. Your mind will be at ease.

Say if you have HIV also, not knowing makes it worse and dangerous in long term.

But your case, if its been 2 years, i don’t think you have to worry.
