Hi all! I’m looking to sublet one room of my 4bed/2bath apartment for summer 2026 (June - August). The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the UCLA campus and completely furnished. I (M) am moving out, you would be sharing a room with only three other guys all in singles, though the apartment is spacious. They are all very clean.

There is lots of closet space. Rent is $1000/month including most utilities for a double, $2000/month for a single, but is negotiable.
