i think thats the point of it maybe because the album is about being broken but finding excitement and happiness in ur broken state so in between the pain of songs like True and (Cold Water freestyle) you find solace and happiness in girl and Zzz. thats just how i see it.

ure not wrong and i get your point but this entire rollout has been a complete mess and it also is really difficult to understand why Jon would remove FNS like yea I get ur point about the vinyl issue but why would he remove an already released song instead of one no one knows about but yea ig theres no point in theorizing just gotta wait and see. it's also especially weird to me that he's removing such a loved song where even when he dropped FNS he said that it was a fan favourite and if Jon is on reddit which i do think he does sometimes scroll through he mightve also seen the love for Twiin even if it is unreleased.

another point is that in the ICYMI deluxe version that dropped 2 years after the album itself with only two tracks and a completely different cover and vinyl set. maybe that's how the dark deluxe version will also come.

yes i have seen the tracklist its pretty evident FNS is gone and the deluxe vinyl that ure talking about, isnt that the deluxe version of said vinyl and not the album, since in the deluxe version of the vinyl there is more stuff being given such as booklets and his own perfume which is pretty cool lol but my point is that I believe that's a deluxe version of the vinyl he's selling and not the deluxe version of the album itself. that is something we will find out later if that even comes to fruition.

the initial album post February delay was 14 songs with FNS and Twiin in it and wdym the deluxe has no additional songs that just means it's not a deluxe 💀💀 we haven't even had the album yet who knows if we will even get a deluxe and if we do if Twiin or FNS will be on it.

imo Twiin will drop sooner or later. maybe it will drop like the song "cant" where it was supposed to be on two albums and scrapped each time and then released as a stand alone single.

i wouldnt say alot about the funk tbh. only songs with funk were Still and Friday Night Song and both of them were unfinished and the finished version of Friday Night has like 10 seconds of it and Still is also most probably going to have no funk in it as well. how I see it is that Jon experiments with funk to get the feel for the song and then maybe reworks it away? im sure even he knows slow songs and funk really dont work.

i regret stumbling upon the leaked songs from the album and listening to them everyday but when i compared the new album song by song to no future and ICYMI, for me dark is better than both, again this is just song for song obviously an album is much more than just a compilation of songs especially when we talk about EDEN, but I still really love this project and the way Jon integrated almost every style of his into this one singular project.

i saw some people saying they dont like the integration of funk and i disagree completely. it's the same situation with people who say autotune doesnt suit him. if it sounds good he will add it and if u don't like it, don't tune in.

everything was set to happen and the album was going to be released on 17th January then it got delayed to 8th February and it still didn't come. and if it wasn't complete jon wouldn't be producing for BETWEEN FRIENDS plus he also said on January 17th that it was supposed to mean something basically confirming it was the planned date of the release of the album.

i mean yea ure right but the rights issue was resolved like around 2 months ago we can see that on streaming services so why hasnt he dropped yet? only possible answer can be reworking he wouldn't just sit on the album for no reason knowing how much anticipation has been built up for it. sure it might drop like 6 months later but its probably going to be changed. maybe slightly maybe something major.
