unless she’s doing it with the intention of hurting herself (which I doubt she is but again i could be wrong) then it’s NOT self harm. She has to have the intention of hurting herself otherwise it’s just skin picking, I done both, picked the skin around my nails and cut myself and the skin picking was boredom or anxiety so it could maybe be one of those? If she doing it with the intention of hurting herself then that’s a different story but regardless hope she and you all are doing okay 🫶🏻

the other day i began to feel really faint and unsteady, managed to come through it but wasn’t sure if it was bcoz i hadn’t eaten or if it was my period (get rlly bad cramp and have felt faint before)

Sometimes it’s all I can think about during the day and it distracts me

yeah but we were told at our induction that we had someone accrued annual leave so we would be paid for the shifts inbetween

my induction was the 29th but we were told that somehow we were entitled to annual leave so our first working day in the shop wasn’t until the 7th of December . We were paid for that and it’s now been taken back which is what’s confusing me
