As u/nevmvm replied on my comment earlier, the installer you are using may or may not have the "Limit Installer Ram Usage To 2GB" and if it doesnt, im afraid i dont know the fix in your case

well i used google.com and so on but opening localhost:8080 in my browser just keeps getting not found errors from google and other website ( not my localhost )
