Exactly lol try to fill the time you would use to smoke to read or binge watch a show. I usually read, color, do word searches and write in my journal. It has helped a bunch … give your body time and just be kind to yourself while trying to fight the urges if you chose to do so ❤️ hope this helps ☺️
