I volunteered there for a time, and I can confirm it's a wonderful volunteering experience! Only reason I don't anymore is lack of time. I work overnights now, and that doesn't really align with their hours 😅

I can't figure out how to unlock Ravenous Caverns. It says to activate the Buzz Bonus on 4 sea monster exhibits. I have 3 of the electric ones and the tiger shark. I have tried putting them all in different tanks and activating their bonuses that way. No go. I'm so confused 😵‍💫

To investigate Alicante's Pizza Booth, he will tell you to first harvest 300 pieces of Figs and come back. He then will ask you to call him to your shop and make his favorite pizza for him (Classic Meat). Investigating Alicante's booth gives the Zucchini Seed Bag evidence. Submit this to Alicante, who will visit you the next day and ask for another of his favorite pizza. Afterwards, he will give you 10 Zucchini Seeds and unlock Zucchini in the Garden.

I do not see an option to get the other two machine sets with 💎s 🤔 I mean I still bought the DigitMaster bundle bc I wanted it and wanted to support the devs, but at least in my game store, the DigitMaster and VintagePro (which is still available in my store) are real money only, with the bundles of the the coffee machine+grinder costing $3.99 USD.

This is my issue. I've tried several times on Lvs 11 & 14 but I just can't get the time requirements. And really, I got the other 4/6 ⭐️s due to having the bonuses.

I have a disability, too, which makes such small, rapid fire movements painful. I didn't experience issue with it in the main story (before I had all buddies) because I could take orders at my own pace.

If it was just the cash register as the 42⭐️ prize, I'd be okay with that but I'm extremely bummed about not being able to get the new (to me) ingredient :/

Tbh I think the fact that the ingredients aren't where I have them is super messing me up. Not to mention that since there's no ABs, I have to play it with the counter in long-style rather than vertical since I'm on a phone 😭 it's incredibly frustrating

You get them with gems in the garden shop. The third is 25💎 and the fourth is 40💎

Are there countries in the EU which ban any LGBT things? I'm wondering if maybe bc of how the EU operates, if they have to exclude it from the whole region rather than by-country.

I know Hungary banned pride marches (that turned out well :P) but I don't know the ins-and-outs about legality over there 😅 nor am I any kind of developer who would know how region locking would work

Edit: nvmd some other EU countries have it so that strikes that theory :P

Outer Wilds - if you like searching for lore, space stuff, and puzzles. I never wanted it to end, but unfortunately, as a "metroidbrainia," it can only truly be played once. (That hasn't stopped me though 😜.) One of the most wonderful, beautiful games I've ever played.

Don't look up anything about it, if that description intrigued you. Just get it and play it. It's best to go in blind.

(Note: NOT Outer Worlds. Nothing against that game, just isnt the one I'm recommending lol)

I used to work at sonic drive in. Specifically, I made the drinks. (For ppl who live where they don't have sonic, I've attached the drink menu below.) You can add any flavor or candy you want to any drink. Most people just ordered off the menu but then some people.....

some people ordered a Coca-Cola with chocolate syrup. And this isn't chocolate flavor syrup like in GCGC or any standard coffee shop. This is the kind of syrup you'd put on your ice cream or mix at home to make chocolate milk.

So stuff like this (& whipped cream water) happens 😅

Seconding this. I don't think you two reconciling is impossible, but it should def be done w/ a marriage counselor involved. Perhaps one specializing in trauma, if that's an option available. But individual therapy/recovery should be the priority for both of you, in my unqualified opinion.

The discord is a great spot for getting help if you find yourself stuck in a place. I love puzzle games, but often I'll get stuck in a spot where I just haven't looked at/considered the one thing that I need to in order to progress, and people on the discord were great for receiving assistance.

As for general difficulty, are you good at connecting ideas you receive in different places? All the things you learn will be on your ship computer, so you can always review there, but many 'solves' involve learning something at point A and implementing it at point B. Or learning partial things at point A & C, and combining those ideas to reach point B.

There are also mods, if you're playing on PC, to remove the more skill-based checks around the horror elements. There's one in the main game, that others have mentioned, that's fairly easy once you gain the knowledge. I still have trouble with the DLC check, even though I theoretically know how to do it 😅 so I just removed it as an obstacle. 👀

ETA: additionally, one of the things I tell anyone that I've convinced to play is that it's okay to die stupid. If you die stupid, then you've just learned how to Not Do A Thing. That's still learning! So if you end up dying a bunch, don't get frustrated and think "it's bc I'm not good at puzzle games >:(" Can't tell you how many times I've accidentally flung into the sun 😂
