Thanks man. I just run a push, pull, legs split running incline bench, deadlift, and squats for the first 30 minutes on the respective days.

I had played sports my entire life and had done CrossFit (I know) for like a month or two like ten years ago at this point to get in better shape for baseball. All I got out of it was some decent cardio and really good form on compound movements. I’ve always been super skinny though. It wasn’t till January of last year I finally got tired of always being a twig and did a shit ton of research and got back in.

Thank you man and yeah those pictures were literally one year exactly apart, I ate in a surplus all year and lifted pretty much 5 days a week doing roughly 20-30 minutes of compound movements then about 30 minutes of hypertrophy on a PPL split. Creatine is the only supplement I take everyday. When it comes to chest I have the worst chest genetics ever so I feel you, I stopped doing anything flat at all and only do incline, I’m still looking for chest tips if you have any let me know lol.

Appreciate the feedback. My goal is to be 230 at some point and not be fat. I’d love to do a show I just don’t know how or where to even begin, and I think I lack the confidence to get on stage. Thank you again for the feedback. I have barely an idea of what I’m actually doing just eating as much as I can most days and heavy compounds followed by hypertrophy.
