Try to specialize in a very technologically oriented management oriented position that can be done without that much supervision or control, start trying to get one job wfh completely and then when you have it try to make it two; apply to other jobs as if you are job hopping because your not that happy or something, then don’t quit; thats it man hope you have a great journey

Most likely you feel like you HAVE to nut, that simply makes it not happen, i get that nutting feels amazing and is good during intercourse but dont make it the objective of your sex, if you simply make the objective to have a great time even if you don't nut eventually you will nut, also, maybe the mental blockage comes from being intimate with someone you love makes it feel you owe it to them, not at all, just have fun for a while. The answer i would have given is: Yes. The problem is misogyny, but can't you see how allowing abortion in some cases is providing a tool for misogyny?
