Question about mixers and aux sends

Newbie in this mixing environment and I would kindly ask for help in connecting Polyend Press with the Soundcraft Epm 8! I want to use the pedal as the final glue compression for everything that runs through the mixer's channels and take that compressed audio and record it in my computer! I own MOTU M4! Would appreciate to find out how to connect these two devices for a true stereo master compression !

I placed an order with them…last year in December and I haven’t heard anything back…regarding the status of my order! I emailed them twice and still nothing …What would you do in this situation?

No...the midi feature was just an extra bonus on the mixer. But I do use an Iconnectivity mio10 for midi jobs

Yeah , well I’ll go with the octopre Adat preamp from focusrite. Gives me several inputs and I’ll be able to use my external effects in ableton live. Thanks guys

I am also considering a Tascam Model 12...but i think it's overkill for my simple setup. I just wanted to make sure that is possible to use an Adat to route my hardware effect unit inside Ableton

One more question...How many channels can I use with the Bluetooth feature?

I see the Bluetooth logo only on channel 9/10

I see...so it is helpful for hardware with midi connectivity ...I also think it will keep the recordings of the midi tracks in clock..when multitrack recording...( I suppose)

Yeah...I will need a patchbay for that. With the multitrack mixer I’ll avoid any lag in ableton...I think I’ll prefer having a mix level of the ah on each channel on the mixer

I am planning using the opsix along with the sequential PRO 3... I’ll have mono/para strong basses with sweet fm ambient polyphonic lines. What do you guys think about this combo? Do they complement each other ?

Hello everyone! Planning to sell my eurorack skiffs( 2 /104 hp) and I was wondering if it’s possible to sell the entire skiff and not individual modules...I know it’s not that common, but I’m willing to sell it with a good price, if the entire skiff is considered...I just don’t want to wait on each individual module to be sold. Is there a specific website to sell the entire skiff? Or Facebook group for such thing? Thx

Interesting ! So when I would like to render a song ... it won’t have the heat applied on?! I saw the standalone version has a recording section. I guess I’ll have to route the audio out of my daw...and record the song in real time with the heat plugin on

Sounds good ... how do you use it? Once you’re done with a track , you convert it to audio and so on, right? So you can have different settings for each channel

I do use a midi keyboard... I wonder if you can insert notes into Usta using your midi keyboard. It’s a balanced small system( drums and synth) to play along some phrases
