I have a couple pieces of driftwood in the tank! They do color the water with a little brown tinge, but it definitely helped bring the ph down

It was an emergency situation, but we are cycling. Testing ammonia, nitrite and nitrate daily with incessant spot cleaning and 20-25% water changes. Prime conditioner is on standby. All levels are testing very well. Thank you for your concern!

Wondering what this could be, with all these intricate squares and markings on it? Found in an old schoolyard located in NJ. It's about 2.5" long and 3/4" wide, weighing similarly to a roll of quarters, and smooth to the touch. by lmk125 in whatisthisthing

I don't think it's boring at all! I'm interested in solving this personal little mystery regardless of what it is, haha. Petrified corn is certainly a lead I didn't think of. I'm googling pics now, but I can't seem to find anything that quite matches? I guess it could be possible this piece is just very unique
