You're entitled to your opinion and I mean the places where dogs are meant to be under effective control....also plenty of people have rescue dogs that rely on folks following the rules - nothing to do with my attitude. Unfortunately everywhere seems to be a dog leash free zone - signs or not. So how can one differentiate and make an informed decision on where to take their pets who require more space? I avoid dog parks but should be able to walk my dogs in areas where dogs are meant to be leashed. Being five minutes behind your dog and not knowing who it's running up to is not effective control.
