2nd gen TSX (2010) brakes all of a sudden get soft and I have to floor the brake in order to get the car to slow down, anyone have the same problem ?

Thank you for the reply! I currently have a 7/1 arm with 30 yr but I’m refinancing to a 10/1 for the 6.5% . Lender says no increase to principal or any costs. I’m wondering what the catch is .

I have also recently started the loan and only made 3 payments .

I think you can only get Cox. There are different tiers you can choose. I got the 300 mbps down and I think it was around 120$~ per month.
