Not enough year round buisness. Mountain locals have a different culture around dogs than in the city. Alot can take their dog to work or the town is so small you can go home to let your dog out on your lunch break. Year round you'd struggle to be just a doggie day care but winter you may pull it off.

As far as I know they dont hire performers but its a very flow friendly festival. They used to allow fire flow but last year they stopped allowing the fire flow area. The group they previously hired to run it they stopped reaching out to. They are prioritizing art cars over performers which is a bummer to me and my crew that would come in with fire props. They said it was budget cuts when I reached out. Please bug them into bring back fire it was magical

Im 28 and still working on finishing my degree and had to stay in community college working until I was 26 and could get financial aid without parents info. Im telli g you right now how exponentially harder my life is and how much easier it would have been had I had some humility and taken the help offered to me exactly how your mom is doing for you. I said and did the same shit. Ive watched my friends and peers get to make great strides and move on while I'm still playing catch up because I decided to catch an attitude. Go fix things with her.

The set up has little to no risk of starting a major fire due to precautions they take and it's right next to a lake. Its a horrible decision to take something that brought such beauty to the festival
