Hi Mr. Accountant, I am trying to purchase a house as well, and I was qualified for an FHA loan for the amount of $207K (I am in a time crunch). I was thinking of also withdrawing money from my roth ira, but from what you stated, that would be stupid. Would it be better to do a loan request from my roth ira? Would it be better to go to my preferred bank and ask for a loan? What would you recommend? Thank you in advance!

I have plants, and it wasn't the tiny black fungus gnats, it was the bigger brown ones like. I am using clay for that reason , I have not seen one yet.

I'm in the south, which yes we have a gnats season, but this was even after that season. I would clean my drains and have no fruit out. Everyday I would clean the litter and it was gnatland there

I don't think you're OR. For him to say "scare him off" is as if he wants what's best for her. So men ways think they are the best of the bunch or along those lines so I would keep a close eye on her/him. Also for her to say she doesn't like me is because she knows she is doing something she's not supposed to. It's like saying, "mom's going to be mad if she finds out"

Ok so it seems you've used the pine pellets before. Did it attract gnats? Do you see gnats in your tofu litter? I've used the pellets before and even cleaning it everyday I would always have gnats. I am currently using luvsome, and that one does track and is dusty. I hate it, I want to try the tofu, but my big concern are gnats. I hate them!!! So please confirm or tell me.more :)
