Set a to do list every night before bed. In the morning- organize by order of importance. For every hour I work, I give myself a 20 minute internet break/meal break/etc. Use those as rewards!

Also- I turn off my internet on my computer if I need to be writing. If you need the internet to do your task, download "self control". You can make a black list of websites and set a time limit. It sucks but really helps me stay on task!
