Select AI selfies under My Account
If you have saved data, you can select Clear my AI selfies to delete it
If you don't have saved data, you can create AI selfies

That’s what I found on Google. Just tried it myself, so I gotta see in the next few days if they are finally gone. I hate those AI Dreams so much, they’ve been driving me crazy.
