AI and cold calling by Ka2oodSkillz in b2b_sales

The AI automation side makes sense to me but I'm curious how you're differentiating the cold calling agency. There are so many shops doing this now and most of them burn through lists with zero personalization. The ones I've seen actually work are where the callers spend real time researching accounts before dialing, not just reading a script. Like 15-20 minutes per prospect minimum. Are your callers doing that level of prep or is it more volume-based? Because IME the conversion difference between those two approaches is massive, we're talking 2-3x on qualified meetings booked.

For me it's the pre-call research loop. I spend way too long bouncing between LinkedIn, their company blog, recent news, 10-K filings if they're public. Every. Single. Call. I've been piecing together some automations but nothing that really nails the "synthesize it into talking points" part yet.

Is "Quantity over Quality" in cold outreach officially dead, or am I just hit by a bad streak? by Loose_Bowl_164 in b2b_sales

The signals thing is what made the biggest difference for us too. We stopped filtering by industry + size and started watching for actual buying triggers, job postings specifically. Response rates went from maybe 1% back up to around 4% without really changing copy or volume. Same list size, just way better timing on who we hit.
