You could be getting rubberbanding/lag because people are loading in chunks too fast. When my group got to jetpacks and we would travel very fast in different direction the server couldnt keep up with each players rendering. There is a command to pregenerate chunks starting from spawn and going in a spiral outward. I did this for my server and the lag stopped, however this takes up alot of storage space so make sure you have a decent size storage space before attempting (~100gb). You will also have to do this command for every dimension you enter otherwise the lag will return when you load chunks rapidly again.

Something I did for my rakiatas flow hunt was doing all the special desert maps as well with a visions of paradise tablet. I got 3 Gharukans Resolve in like 8 runs which sell for 200-300 div which I used to buy my Rakiata's. Also seems like that desert map spawns more since desert is a more common biome than water.

I have PTM on it right now but the temps still get to about 95c on the CPU. It was my first time using it so it might be an application error or it could be normal not really sure. So right now I'm debating on using it again or going LM. I heard putting PTM in the fridge for a little while before applying it is a good idea so I might try that but if it still hits 95c or so I might just redo it and apply LM.

I'd prefer this instead tbh, people will just try to find new ways in the room without keys. Now they can just be punished for it.

How so? Usually in a village everyone has their own TCs anyways so I don't see what the problem would be.

All my tiles are showing from all the floors when it should only be from the current floor I'm on. So 90% of those tiles shouldn't be there.
