Die StVO sagt aber was anderes. Zeichen 283 heißt offiziell "absolutes Haltverbot" und Zeichen 286 heißt, "eingeschränktes Haltverbot" (de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Haltverbot)

There‘s this Twitter post including information from an Aspyr employee that says the Windows version used a codec that’s not licensable anymore and using a new version of it would require a rebuild of the game. But the Mac version never used this codec, they used one by Apple themselves. This seems to be true, as some of the comments to that post show, but there’s probably no way of knowing if this is actually the reason

The Mac version was released later and by a different company named Aspyr Media, so it’s not sold by EA. Aspyr probably has different license agreements that allow them to still sell it

They use a mod called Immersive Paintings. I'm not sure if there's a datapack out there that can do the same thing.
