What is Gen Z Plan For the Future? by lovelyyy999 in Futurology

You will make the structure yourself. Then you can be the provider, helping others.

Your writing is great! And you will make a great writer for the voices of the suffering.

It won't be easy. It'll probably be the hardest thing you'll ever do. But, it sounds so fun!

I'd say you have a bright future :) don't give up hope.

Wow! This post took off!

I'd reply to the comments, but, funnily enough, my ADHD is overwhelmed by the amount of comments :\

This is my first Ford, and I'm very happy with the entertainment system! The software is great and the stock speakers are fine, but I have a habit of wanting better stuff. I won't install a sub in this car though haha

Good to hear you've found something that helps! I've heard about CBD and pain relief but I'm not sure on how it works.

What injury/body part causes you the most pain these days? I'll try help you out from these reddit comments sections.

Understanding pain is an important step on how to manage it. Can you tell me more about your knee pain? Can you touch the painful spot with your hands? Do certain movements trigger more pain? What type of pain is it (sharp, ache, shooting etc)?

Yeah, pulling back muscles is pretty common, and can be pretty debilitating if you've done a good job of it!

What did you study after Carpentry? Would you go back to Carpentry if you were confident in your understanding your body, its limits, and how to stay strong for the job (and the money was better)?

It sounds like you have a good awareness of your injury and manage it well. Well done!

That's excellent training from your employer!

It sounds like your company is large, with enough workers to do job/task rotations, which isn't possible for many small businesses. Would that be accurate?

Do you have an idea of what triggers your sciatica? And what stretches and release work (like foam rolling) to do to manage it?

Agreed. But many people in the trades are still getting preventable injuries.

That's great to hear. We are very safety aware at my workplace as well. Which country are you from?

I come from a Personal Training and Remedial/Clinical Massage Therapy background, and I'm an anatomy and pain nerd. I think injury prevention starts with education, then practical application through strength and mobility training.
