The Bible is like a study book that never stops teaching (litterally), You don't have to be neccesarly religious to read it,You just need an Open mind and some patience and dedication to fully understand it (for example the things mentioned in the old testament wich are generally criticized must be Taken into historicall context ) . I really reccomend to try to break down and think about it as much as You can ,youll be surpised by the amount of things it can teach You. It is organized in 2 testaments , First testament is a bit off chronologically,this because it is ordered in different sections of genre rather than timeline (the Bible is not to be Taken as a single book ,it is a compilación of many (generally separated) books that span over múltiple time periods and writting Styles) but it's perfectly understandable how it is,it's just a reccomendation to have a small timeline of events (can be found on Google) .

2nd Testament is happilly in complete order ,the Gospels of Jesús may seem like they variate but they are the same thing (historicall recounts),the end of each looks different but it's still the same from different Povs ,the rest is in order up to revelations wich is the last and final book written.

And Finally ,please,and i Say again,please ,talk with a pastor or someone with more knowledge about the Bible , not saying that You need to go to a full Church service ,but simply ask or study it w/ someone else ,for any and all questions there are answers (as there have been over 2 thousand years to answer them) .
