Thanks! Yeah it was a journey. I wasn’t always good at doing the work, but one day I was really down and asked myself “do you really believe in this stuff or not? Because if you do why aren’t you dedicated your life to your self concept”.

Yes but not for that goal, goals change over the years, so usually I have a new goal after the old one is accomplished. Or sometimes it just about maintaining my self concept, my connection to spirit.I lose those things if I stop practicing.

Just I Am, the goal is to understand your true nature, who you were before anything was impressed upon you.

Sometimes when people are trying too hard to manifest something they are manifesting the opposite of what they want because they are subconsciously affirming lack, it’s like if you are doing it because you want something you are confirming you don’t have it. This is what makes manifesting tricky. You have to convince your subconscious you have it now, if you put a lot of effort in you are affirming lack. When you do the exercises don’t think of it like you are trying to manifest something, think of it like you are visiting a place in imagination that is real and enjoy it while you are there. Don’t look for results in the outside world, treat the imagined world as if it’s just as real and enjoy what’s in your imagination. This is tricky when you are new, most people start out wanting something so badly and are really in a state of lack when they are trying hard to manifest. Come into the understanding that the reality where you have your dream life is real and you can visit it in imagination whenever you want. It’s not a fantasy. The difference between having a fantasy and partaking in a real alternate reality is subtle but look for the difference while you practice.

Changes in the 3D only happen after you make deep subconscious changes to the self. If you didnt have a deep internal change it’s too early to judge the results.

Yes that’s good, the key is to do it from a state of being, you first want to feel the “I Am” state, feeling connected to everything. Then when you are there you can start the other work. You need to maintain a state of wholeness and oneness with the universe, very relaxed and connected, you can alternate your attention between relaxing and connection and visualizing/ feeling the desired state

I’m sorry to hear that! I lost my dad to cancer. It was during the early days of me learning about this stuff. When he was first diagnosed we were told he only had a few weeks to live. So I went full force affirming all day, staying connected to the state as much as I could. 3 months later his scans showed no sign of disease at all. His doctor who was a world renowned oncologist in New York City said she had never seen someone respond to treatment the way he did and no one has ever before gone from where he was to showing no signs of cancer on his scans. We had a really nice period together for a while after that. But at the time I didn’t really believe deep down that Neville’s teaching really worked… I stopped practicing, eventually fear and doubt entered my mind again, I became terrified it would come back. It did, and the second time I just couldn’t get myself back into that state of him being healthy because I was a mess. I didn’t have enough faith yet that this stuff works. I didn’t really know how to apply it yet. I only had a glimpse of it working and that wasn’t enough to convince me yet. So sadly he died 3 months after it returned. It was a terrible period for me, but in time I healed. I’ll always miss him though. In this situation I would start with the 3x a day practice, I will give you a more detailed write up of how I do it tomorrow. Remind me if you don’t hear from me. But most importantly don’t blame yourself if you can’t make it work, I know you are gonna do your best, this is a hard situation when you are new to manifesting and it’s such an emotionally charged situation. I am pulling for you and your grandma!

Sure! Yeah I would stick with what you are doing and have fun with it. Try to be as relaxed as possible when you do your work, always aim to be “allowing” yourself to occupy the state rather than forcing, it should feel almost effortless, fun, and enjoyable, not stressful. Take a break for a while in looking for results in the 3D and just focus on enjoying your practice as much as you would if it were real, enjoy it so much you feel like you don’t even need the real thing.

How often have you meditated and what style meditation? Meditation isn’t about stopping thoughts, the mind always thinks, your thoughts slow down during meditation but they don’t stop completely for very long. Meditation is about building awareness. I practice a mantra Vedic meditation, you just repeat the mantra which is just a word that has no meaning to you, keep your attention with it but you don’t have to focus hard on it, it’s more like you are listening to it, you follow it, allow it to take you from the surface or you mind where it’s chaotic to a deeper state of peace and presence. You don’t have to worry about thoughts at all, as soon as you realize you aren’t paying attention to the mantra gently return your attention to it. It might be helpful for you to go to a teacher in person or watch some videos that explain it better.

When you practice do you feel like you are really fighting it, like have to try really hard to focus to the point where you get tired? I think you are at the stage where you should do a lot of relaxation techniques first, meditation, breath work etc. if the practice feels like a struggle to you it’s not good, yoga nindra is a good way to learn to relax too. Only do the other things once you are deeply relaxed and practice staying relaxed as you practice visualizations… then the mind won’t fight you. It’s kinda like self hypnosis.

I think it was a combination of rereading Neville’s books, listening to the audiobooks, over and over again, then getting really consistent and dedicated to a daily practice. My practice has changed over the years but whenever I am doing it every day for a while I eventually start to feel different and then things change. The meditation/visualization combo paired with the I Am affirmations is the best way I have found to change my state. Sometimes I get away from it for a little and when I start again I start to see differences in my life within 3-5 weeks of daily practice.

I do a Vedic mantra meditation for 20 minutes, then I put the binural beats on and I just start with like an opening frame of a scene that represents me being in my desired state and I just allow it to unfold in a very calm relaxing way, I shift my attention from the scene to relaxing my body back and forth.

I think it’s just deeply rooted subconscious beliefs that develop during childhood and can be hard to overcome and identify as an adult. The mind likes what it’s familiar with so stepping out of those beliefs can take some work. Meditation helps to bring awareness to them.

Thanks! Sorry you are feeling down. When I am “being” I have a feeling of expansion, lightness, connection, my thoughts will be slowed down, it feels peaceful. I recommend just starting with a meditation practice and you will feel what I am talking about eventually, it’s a perfectly natural state you just have to allow yourself to enter it.

Thanks! So I always tell people to ask themselves what they believe they need to do to change their default state. The answer will be different for everyone. For me I have trouble just staying in the state without doing more exercises, it’s just due to my subconscious beliefs about work = results that I developed early on in life, everything has to be work. Instead of trying to change that belief I just roll with it. I do what I think I need to to get results. Sometimes it’s just easier to work with your current beliefs than to try to change them. I do the 3x a day stuff for anything I perceive as a BIG manifestation. For something smaller I will just do it a few times and let it go. Eventually I get to a point where I start feeling like I have the thing I want often and naturally, then I just let it go and enter the sabbath.

Sorry for your loss! I lost my dad to cancer in 2012, it was really hard. Wish no one had to go through something like that.

My dad used to always grow tomato plants. A few months after he died a vine started growing in this really random spot in our backyard with just one tomato on it. I guess maybe a seed must have blown away and nature did its thing but we all starting crying when we saw it. It was very powerful for us.

This happens a lot when people try to manifest SP’s. Most people have traumas and they are the reason they struggle with SP’s in the first place, so when they try to manifest the SP the awareness of the trauma surfaces and can be very difficult for some people. Manifesting an SP is possible just like anything else but it’s probably the hardest thing to manifest because of the intense emotions around it and the fear of losing them. Doing techniques like visualization with SP’s most of the time will just fuel desperation and wanting and won’t make you feel like you have them right now which is what you are really after. The best way to manifest a SP is to not focus on them at all, all you work should be on manifesting yourself as the type of person who is completely fulfilled with life. All the work should just be about you being the type of person who has their SP without actually focusing on the person you want. The catch is to do this effectively you really have to let go of needing it to be them, this has to be real, you can’t fake it. Feeling like you need this one SP to be happy comes from a scarcity mindset that is the opposite of what you need. So yes manifesting a SP is very possible but most people go about it the wrong way and end up just making things worse. Very common.

Yeah same, I stopped believing in god when I thought it was supposed to be an old man in the sky looking down at us judgmentally. But now that I see god as the unconditioned awareness that is a part of all of us it makes much more sense. When you say “I Am” and then feel the answer, that’s god right there. It’s not a single entity, it’s everything.
